In a private woodland, a three-level house designed by Luisa Castiglioni in the 1960s according to the principles of modernism stands on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. The house is reached only on foot via one hundred steps through the trees. Without air conditioning, each space has been restored in keeping with its original character—places for those seeking silence, nature, and a balanced way of living between architecture and landscape.
Located on the first floor of the house, the apartment is organised around a secluded living space immersed in the greenery, with a large cantilevered window opening onto the forest and a glimpse of the sea and the Apuan Alps beyond.
